General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Better Than Yesterday (owner Benedikt Eibl) and the customer regarding coaching services and digital products.
2. Contracting parties / conclusion of contract

By clicking the "Order with payment" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation.
3. Services & Delivery

Coaching sessions take place online via Zoom or a similar service.

Digital products (e.g. e-books, templates) are available for download immediately after payment or are provided by email.
4. Prices and payment
The prices quoted are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged (where applicable).
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Right of withdrawal
See separate cancellation policy.
6. Copyright
All content (e.g., courses, texts, templates) is protected by copyright. It may be used exclusively for personal use. Distribution to third parties is prohibited.
7. Liability
Coaching services are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. There is no guarantee of success.
8. Applicable law
German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory legal provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period:
14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments immediately, at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital products
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
-
the contract for the delivery of digital content (e.g. e-books, templates, online courses) has been concluded,
-
the execution (e.g. the download) has already started and
-
You have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that execution will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period
-
and you have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
Note: When purchasing our digital products, you will therefore be asked for this consent.
